Yes. Or you could use 3 x Shelly 2.5 (these control two channels per module).

Yes, it will support 2 way switch (in fact, this module had 4 inputs). However it will not control a light - it is only a switch input device (to trigger other Shelly devices). If you are after a light control behind a switch, then the Shelly 1 Plus would be better suited.
