You can check the balance and history of your Reward Points any time by logging-in to your SmartHome Account and selecting “Reward Points” in your Account Dashboard. Reward Points you earn are valid for 3 (three) years – if they are not used within this time, they will expire.

The current Reward Points exchange rate is: 100 Reward Points = $1.00.
Missing Reward Points
We have recently moved smarthome.com.au to a new ecommerce platform. Unfortunately, as part of this migration, we were not able to bring across existing Reward Points from our old platform. We can however look these up and transfer them manually. If you feel you are missing any Reward Points, please contact us and we will bring these across for you.
