    Fast shipping, thanks guys. setting it up was relatively easy, and have added family members so we all get notifications. Sensors needed some adjusting as we have a dog indoors during the day, but a very simple fix.

    In researching this system I was sceptical. After purchasing a cheap import that was no longer supported by a current app on iOS, I was worried I was making the same mistake.

    The difference in quality was evident immediately after opening the box.

    Set up was also so easy, maybe a little too easy as I started to doubt myself that I had set it up correctly, however the system test feature reassured me it was working as intended.

    Very happy with the system and service so far.

    3. Hi there, I just bought this product and it's great. The documentation is pretty sparse though. I have bought 2 extra PIR-910's and they don't connect to the hub so are essentially useless. In the manual it says you need to connect to a control panel which I don't have. How to connect the sensor to my hub? Any help gratefully received. Thanks! Alastair

    A In the App, you simply choose to add a new accessory and then trigger the motion sensor by walking in front of it. You can then give the sensor a name and change settings - that should do it - please call us if you run into any issues.

    A Yes, this system works perfectly in Australia with full access to the app. It is not compatible with back to base monitoring, it is designed to be self monitored.

    A This systems connects to 4G mobile (with a SIM card inserted). For local WiFi control, it will only connect to 2.4GHz (not 5GHz) - however a typical home wifi setup should include both wireless bands on the same network.
